Show your passport or Thai ID at the reception counter.

A syphilis test is required. Results are ready in about 5 minutes.
If you’re nervous about needles, don’t worry — we use a finger prick method which is quick and less painful than traditional blood draws.

A licensed physician will conduct a quick medical interview and check-up.

General Health Certificate
This certificate does not require any lab testing. It is commonly used for general non-governmental purposes and is also known in Thailand as the “5 diseases medical certificate” (ใบรับรองแพทย์ 5 โรค).

- Can I walk in without an appointment?
- Yes, walk-ins are welcome at both branches. However, we recommend making a reservation to reduce your waiting time.
- What documents should I bring?
- Please bring your passport or Thai ID card. A clear photo on your phone is also acceptable if needed.
- Do I need to fast before the test?
- No fasting is required for any of our medical certificates.
- How fast can I get the medical certificate?
- Most medical certificates are issued within 10–15 minutes. Blood test results (for work permits) are ready in about 5 minutes.
- How long is the medical certificate valid?
- The certificate is generally valid for 30 days from the date of issue. However, some government offices or employers may ask for a more recent certificate. We recommend confirming the requirement in advance with the requesting organization.
- I need a certificate for both car and motorcycle licenses. Do I need two?
- Usually, one medical certificate is accepted for both a car and a motorcycle license application in Thailand. However, some officers at the Department of Land Transport may request two separate certificates. If you would like to be fully prepared, we can provide a second certificate upon request for an additional 100 THB. This brings the total to 500 THB for two certificates.
- Can I pay by card?
