■The following insurance is available for overseas travel accident insurance.
* Cashless service is available for Sompo Japan, Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance, AIU, Tokio Marine, HSJ, JAI, Aioi Nissay Dowa, Fuji Fire, Asahi Fire, Sony Assurance, Ocean Life, Pacific Cross

The following insurance is available at this clinic.

■ Overseas travel accident insurance
Cashless service is available except for some overseas accident insurance.

■Credit card incidental insurance
Since there are cases where it takes time to check the availability, please check the availability of insurance and cashless service in advance using the phone number on the back of the card.

■Thai local medical insurance (social insurance is not available)
Please bring your insurance card. We will investigate whether it can be used for treatment.

■Japanese national health insurance, social insurance
Please feel free to contact us for application form creation. Application forms and required documents may differ for each municipality.
First of all, we will contact you local government and help you create the necessary documents.

* If you have overseas accident insurance or credit card insurance, please fill out the insurance application form at the time of contract if you have it yourself.
If you do not have it, you can find application forms for various insurance companies.
