Do you offer English or other language support?

Yes, our receptionists, nurses, and doctors can all assist you in English.

If you prefer Japanese or Korean, an interpreter can join your consultation. Please let us know in advance so we can arrange it for your visit.

What should I bring with me?

Please bring your passport or Thai ID. We do not offer anonymous testing.

A photo of the ID page of your passport saved on your phone is also acceptable.
If you have another document — such as a Thai driver’s license — that clearly shows your full name, date of birth, and passport number, it can also be used for identification.

Should I get tested even if I don’t have symptoms?

Yes. Many STIs do not show any obvious symptoms, but they can still be transmitted and affect your health.

Even if you feel fine, it’s a good idea to get tested — especially if you’ve had a recent partner or are unsure about past encounters.
Testing helps you stay healthy and protect your partner. It’s a smart and responsible choice.

What is the window period? When should I get tested?

The window period is the time between when you may have been infected and when an STI can be detected by a test.

This period varies depending on the infection — for example, HIV, chlamydia, or syphilis each have different timelines.
If you’re unsure when to get tested, visiting the clinic to speak with a doctor is the best way to choose the right time.

Do I need to get a throat or anal swab?

If you’ve had oral or anal contact, these tests may be recommended.

Don’t worry — the doctor will ask simple questions to assess your risk and suggest only the necessary tests.
You’re free to decline any test you’re uncomfortable with.

How long does it take to get results?

Most lab-based STI tests are ready within 1–2 working days.
Results are sent to you via LINE or email.

For HIV and syphilis, the STI-A package offers two types of testing:
– Lab testing (results in 1–2 days)
– Rapid testing (results in about 20 minutes)

Which method is more suitable depends on your situation.
The doctor will help you decide during your consultation.

How will I receive my test results?

Results are delivered via LINE or email.

If you would like a printed copy, we can print the official lab report at the clinic.

Once results are received from the lab, our reception team confirms them with the doctor, who provides comments or explanations.
We then send this information to you by LINE or email.

If you prefer to hear directly from the doctor, you’re welcome to return to the clinic — no additional consultation fee will apply.

What happens if I test positive?

If your test is positive, our doctor will recommend treatment based on the infection.

Oral medication, topical creams, and injections are available at the clinic.
If specialist care is needed, we can issue a medical report so you can consult a hospital or specialist clinic.

Can I get tested with my partner?

Yes, many couples and friends come for testing together.

Getting tested at the same time is a good way to reduce anxiety and help prevent reinfection — especially if you may be passing an infection back and forth.

Can I receive my results in English, Japanese, or Thai?

Lab reports are issued in English by default.

After reviewing your results, our doctor prepares a medical summary or comment.
If requested, our staff can translate the doctor’s message into Japanese or Thai and send it to you via LINE or email.
Printed copies are also available upon request.
