The test is done with a finger-prick blood sample, not a needle in your arm.It only needs a small drop of blood, so even if you don’t like blood tests, it’s quick, simple, and not painful. The full work permit check also screens for tuberculosis, leprosy, drug addiction, alcoholism, and elephantiasis, and your medical certificate will be ready in 10–15 minutes.

Normally, medical certificates are issued in English. If you prefer Thai, please let us know in advance. For driver’s license certificates, we issue them in the official Thai format required by the Department of Land Transport (DLT).

Yes, if your test includes blood sugar, cholesterol, or uric acid, you need to fast for 10 hours beforehand. You can drink water, but avoid food and sweet drinks. If you’re unsure whether fasting is required for your test, feel free to contact us for clarification.

For basic tests (blood sugar, cholesterol, etc.), results are ready by the next day via LINE or email. For full health check-up packages, once all results are ready, the doctor will prepare a summary report, which takes an additional 2–3 days.
