While appointments are not mandatory, we recommend booking in advance to ensure a smooth visit without waiting.
For your first visit, you can download the medical questionnaire below. Filling it out in advance and bringing it with you will help streamline the process.

2. Passport Check
Please present your original passport or a copy for identity verification.
If you are using a multi-session course, please present it even for subsequent visits.

3. Complimentary Drink Service
Please choose your preferred beverage from our selection of fruit juices or original herbal drinks from BLEZ Oriental Medicine & Herbs.

4. Measurement of Temperature and Blood Pressure
If any abnormalities are found in your temperature or blood pressure, we will consult with a doctor to determine if the IV drip can proceed.

5. Brief Consultation with a Doctor and Explanation of Precautions
During your first visit, you will receive a brief consultation regarding your current health and medical history, along with an explanation of precautions. This may be omitted from your second visit onwards.

6. Preparation and Commencement of Vitamin IV Drip
You will move to a private room on the 2nd floor, where a nurse will prepare the IV drip.
Please relax and enjoy your herbal drink or fruit juice during the procedure.

7. Completion of IV Drip and Payment
Once the IV drip is completely finished, please use the dedicated phone to call us.
After the drip is finished, please proceed to the 1st floor for payment.
Patients who have prepaid for a multi-session course may leave directly from the second visit onwards.
Precautions During IV Drip
Please inform the nurse if you experience any pain or itching in your blood vessels during the IV drip.
(This can be improved by adjusting the drip rate, etc.)
