Who Is Online Consultation For?
- You have mild symptoms and prefer to consult a doctor remotely.
- You’re looking for a second opinion or advice on medications available in Thailand.
- You’re a traveler or expat in Thailand seeking medical guidance.
- For hypertension: if you can share your home blood pressure readings, we may be able to provide prescriptions online.
Note: For chronic medications such as those for cholesterol, blood sugar (diabetes), or uric acid (gout), regular lab tests are required. In such cases, we do not recommend online prescriptions without prior lab testing.
Consultation Fee
The online consultation fee is 500 THB. Do not make payment until we confirm your appointment.
How to Make an Online Appointment
Step 1: Contact Us via LINE
Add our official LINE account and send us the following information:
- A clear photo of your passport
- Brief explanation of your symptoms
- When the symptoms started
- Your preferred date and time for the consultation
You can use the format below:
- Symptoms: (e.g., sore throat, mild fever) - Since when: (e.g., started 2 days ago) - Request: (e.g., want to consult about medicine or need a certificate) - Preferred date/time: (e.g., July 15th, between 10:00–12:00)

Step 2: Confirm Consultation Availability
After reviewing your message and preferred time, we will confirm whether the consultation can proceed online and whether your preferred schedule is available.
Step 3: Make Payment (500 THB)
If your case is suitable and the schedule is confirmed, we will send you payment details. Please transfer the consultation fee to the following account:
- Bank: Kasikorn Bank
- Account Name: BLEZ ASIA CO., LTD.
- Account Number: 639-2-09783-8
After transferring, please send a photo of the payment slip via LINE.
Step 4: Receive Google Meet Link
After confirming your payment, we will send a Google Meet link along with the appointment time.
Step 5: Online Consultation
Join the consultation using the Google Meet link at your scheduled time. Please ensure a stable internet connection and working camera/microphone.
Step 6: After the Consultation
If no medication is needed, we will send you a PDF receipt and medical certificate (if applicable) via LINE.
If medication is prescribed, we will inform you of the total cost (including delivery). After payment, the medicine will be shipped to your address.
Medication Delivery Options:
– Grab delivery (within Bangkok — delivery fee may vary depending on distance)
– EMS delivery (nationwide in Thailand)
Delivery fees are the responsibility of the patient.
After your consultation, please send the following details via LINE to arrange medication delivery:
- Full delivery address with Google Map link
- Recipient’s full name
- Phone number
- Preferred delivery method: Grab or EMS
Important Notes
- This service is for non-urgent, mild, or follow-up cases only.
- For serious symptoms, please visit a clinic or hospital directly.
- If the doctor determines that lab tests or a physical examination are needed, we may recommend an in-person visit or refer you to a hospital.
- Appointments may be rescheduled in case of poor or unstable internet connection.
- Online consultations are available daily during clinic hours.
