Who Is Online Consultation For?

  • You have mild symptoms and prefer to consult a doctor remotely.
  • You’re looking for a second opinion or advice on medications available in Thailand.
  • You’re a traveler or expat in Thailand seeking medical guidance.
  • For hypertension: if you can share your home blood pressure readings, we may be able to provide prescriptions online.we may be able to provide prescriptions online.

Note: For chronic medications such as those for cholesterol, blood sugar (diabetes), or uric acid (gout), regular lab tests are required. In such cases,,we do not recommend online prescriptions without prior lab testing.

Consultation Fee

The online consultation fee is 500 THB .
Payment instructions will be provided after your booking is confirmed. Please refrain from making any payments until then.

 Booking Process

Step 1: Contact us via LINE

Please add our official LINE account and send the following information:

  • Photo of your passport (photo page)
  • Brief description of symptoms
  • Date when symptoms started
  • Preferred appointment date and time

Please use the following format for your message:

– Symptoms: (e.g., sore throat, mild fever, etc.)
– Since when: (e.g., since 2 days ago)
– Request: (e.g., consultation for medicine / medical certificate)
– Preferred date/time: (e.g., July 15, 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM)

Step 2: Confirmation of availability and schedule

Based on the information provided, we will check if an online consultation is possible and if your preferred time is available, then contact you.

Step 3: Payment of consultation fee (500 THB)

If an online consultation is possible and the booking is confirmed for your preferred time, please transfer the consultation fee to the following account:

  • Bank: Kasikorn Bank
  • Account Name: BLEZ ASIA CO., LTD.
  • Account Number: 639-2-09783-8

After the transfer, please send a photo of the completion screen or the transfer slip via LINE.

Step 4: Sending the Google Meet link

Once the payment is confirmed, we will send you the Google Meet link along with the consultation date and time.

Step 5: Conducting the online consultation

At the scheduled time, please join via the Google Meet link. Please ensure you are in an environment with a stable internet connection and that your camera and microphone are functional.

Step 6: Post-consultation process

If no medication is prescribed, the receipt will be sent as a PDF via LINE.
For those who require a medical certificate, we will issue it in PDF format and send it via LINE. Please let us know at the time of booking if you require one.
If medication is prescribed, we will inform you of the costs (including shipping), and ship it to your home after payment is confirmed.

Medication Delivery Methods:

  • Grab Delivery: Within Bangkok city only (delivery fee depends on distance)
  • EMS Delivery: Available throughout Thailand

Delivery fees are to be borne by the patient.
If you wish to have medication delivered, please provide the following information via LINE after the consultation:

  • Address (including building name and room number)
  • Google Maps link (for accurate location confirmation)
  • Recipient’s name
  • Phone number
  • Preferred delivery method (Grab or EMS)

Before using the online consultation:

  • This service isintended for mild, non-urgent symptoms or follow-up visits.
  • If you have severe symptoms, please visit a clinic or hospital in person.
  • Depending on the doctor's judgment, if tests or an in-person examination are deemed necessary, you may be asked to visit the clinic or a hospital.
  • If the internet connection is unstable, we may ask to reschedule the consultation.
  • Online consultations are available daily during our clinic's business hours.
