1. Tell Us the Area You’d Like Treated on LINE
Let us know on LINE which areas you would like treated, such as your underarms, arms, or legs. We’ll tell you how many points you need, the price, and which appointment times are available.
If you have not chosen a date yet, you can simply tell us which days or times work best for you.
Please send us the following information on LINE:

- The areas you would like treated
- Your preferred appointment dates and times (first and second choices)
2. Shave the Treatment Area Before Your Visit
Please shave the treatment area the day before or on the day of your appointment.
If a large area is left unshaved, our staff will shave it at the clinic, and an extra shaving fee will apply.
Please tell us when booking or before your visit if you have sunburn, irritated skin, eczema, cuts, or if you are receiving medical treatment or taking medication.
3. We Check Your Skin Before Treatment
After you arrive, we will check your skin and the area to be treated. If it is safe to proceed, we will adjust the laser settings based on your hair, skin, and treatment area.
Cooling System and Adjustable Laser Settings
ELITE 4D has a cooling system that cools the skin during treatment. If the treatment feels too painful or uncomfortable, we can adjust the laser power. Please tell our staff before or during treatment if you have any concerns.
Results, the number of sessions needed, and how much discomfort you feel vary by hair type, skin type, and treatment area.
