Thai Social Security can only be used at designated government or partner hospitals, so it is not valid at private clinics like ours.
You will need to pay the full amount at the clinic for all services.

04. Health Check-ups & Medical Certificates

Work permit / driver’s license certificate: issued in 10–15 minutes on the same day
General health check-up: about 30 minutes (consultation + tests)
If an X-ray or ECG is required, allow 1 extra hour at a partner checkup center

For basic tests (blood sugar, cholesterol, etc.), results are ready by the next day via LINE or email.
For full health check-up packages, once all results are ready, the doctor will prepare a summary report, which takes an additional 2–3 days.

Yes, if your test includes blood sugar, cholesterol, or uric acid, you need to fast for 10 hours beforehand.
You can drink water, but avoid food and sweet drinks.
If you’re unsure whether fasting is required for your test, feel free to contact us for clarification.

Passport (required)

No, they are different.
Work permit certificate: includes 6 tests (tuberculosis, leprosy, drug addiction, alcoholism, elephantiasis, stage 3 syphilis)
Driver’s license certificate: no syphilis test, but includes a color vision test

Normally, medical certificates are issued in English.

Yes. The work permit health check includes a syphilis test, as required by Thai law.
The test is done with a finger-prick blood sample, not a needle in your arm.
It only needs a small drop of blood, so even if you don’t like blood tests, it’s quick, simple, and not painful.
The full work permit check also screens for tuberculosis, leprosy, drug addiction, alcoholism, and elephantiasis, and your medical certificate will be ready in 10–15 minutes.

We provide vaccines for adults, including:
Influenza
Tetanus
Rabie
Hepatitis A & B

Sharing your vaccination history when making an appointment helps us confirm:
which vaccine you need,
whether it can be given on your preferred date,
and if it is available at our clinic.

We only provide vaccines for adults.
Childhood vaccinations require special schedules and pediatric care, so we recommend visiting a pediatric clinic or hospital for children.

Most people can safely get a vitamin drip.
However, if you are pregnant, have kidney problems, or have other serious health conditions, please consult with a doctor first.

The effects usually last a few days to about one week.

For best results, it’s recommended once a week or every 2 weeks, depending on your needs and lifestyle.

Each session takes about 30–45 minutes, depending on the type of drip and your vein condition.

Most people do not experience any problems.
Rarely, you may notice mild pain or redness at the injection site, slight thirst, or drowsiness, but these effects are temporary and go away on their own.

Yes. Vitamin drips are like supplements, so stopping them does not cause side effects or withdrawal symptoms.
However, the benefits are temporary, and your body will gradually return to its usual state if you stop.

We can test for:
HIV, syphilis, hepatitis B & C, chlamydia, gonorrhea, mycoplasma, ureaplasma, trichomonas, herpes, candida, and more.

Yes.
PEP (Post-Exposure): must be started within 72 hours after possible exposure – the sooner, the better.
PrEP (Pre-Exposure): available for ongoing prevention, but requires regular HIV testing and follow-up.

Yes. Before starting PrEP or PEP, we do some basic tests to make sure it is safe for you.
Step 1 – Quick tests at the clinic:
We do a rapid HIV and syphilis test. It only takes 10–20 minutes, and if the results are negative, you can start the medication the same day.
Step 2 – Lab tests for follow-up:
We also send your blood to the laboratory to check your kidney and liver function, as these medicines can affect these organs.
We also test for hepatitis B and C, because if you have hepatitis B, stopping PrEP or PEP suddenly can make the infection worse.
These results are ready the next day, and we will inform you by LINE or email.
Our doctor will explain everything clearly before you start treatment.

Not always.
If you already have a recent prescription or medical report, you can send it to us first.
Our doctor will review it and confirm if we can continue the same medication here.
If more information is needed, the doctor may ask for a short consultation to make sure the treatment is safe and correct for you.

We do not routinely provide testosterone or hormone therapy.
However, if you already have a diagnosis or prescription from a specialist, please send us your medical report first so the doctor can check if it’s possible.
If you don’t have a diagnosis yet, we recommend visiting a specialist clinic or hospital before coming to us.
