– Work Permit Medical Certificate: 550 THB
– Driving License Medical Certificate: 400 THB

Examination :

This is a certificate without any blood or urine tests.
We would issue in 15 to 20 minutes.
It is suited for moving into a new condo, submitting to school or company, scuba diving, going to national parks.
